very close to heathrow airport, especially terminal 5 - they provide free shuttle service in evening and morning (from 6am), and there are buses to terminal 5 right outside the door, starting even earlier, taking just a few minutes. Good for the price so close to airport

can be noisy in the morning when other people are leaving early

Convenient for LHR airport, and has it's own shuttle. Good breakfast. Good price.

Very difficult to understand instructions over the telephone for picking up the shuttle at airport.

The room was cosy with wifi. The staff was efficient and catered to our every need. Could use their free parking. We were in a top location just a pleasant stroll away from Church of st Mary. Furthermore, the area was fairly nice.

could be great for overnight stay. the hotel was newly renovated and the staff very amiable, ideal location in beautiful area. the room was great value with television and en suite-hot shower, for example, the check-in was early.

Wi-Fi was bad, and we had very small bathroom.

Free shuttle service to and from the Airport. Relatively quiet (this may be due to not many other guests staying in the unit [No. 599] where I was staying.

The hot water tap in the room did not work. It took considerable time for the shuttle bus to arrive at the airport to take me to the hotel.
